I have been fascinated with the new Underwater Census that was just released so decided to draw a few crazy sea creatures to send over to the doodle people.

The Boy Who Went Down the Well

He put a light on his head and tied a rope round his waist
with a pick in his hand he crawled the well’s wall with haste.
“I will show there’s no ghost of this poor boy who drowned.
“I’ll explore the whole well and I’ll show the whole town.”
With laughter and courage he then did descend
but at the first smells of rot the boy’s smile came to end.
